If the pattern has double contour the seam allowances are included.
Seam allowances are NOT included by default and need to be added when laying out and cutting details if your pattern has single contour. 

Seam allowance: all seams - 1 cm; along outer edges of flounces – 0 cm; on hem of the dress – 2.0 cm 

Attention! First of all please print all the paper patterns and lay them out at the width of fabric you plan to use (usually from 90 to 150 cm) to see how much fabric you will need. Don't forget to count pair parts and symmetrical parts. 

When sewing the garment, pay attention to notches, they must coincide. 

CUTTING: 

Fabric: 

1. Central upper back part - 2 details 2. Side upper back part - 2 details
3. Lower back part - 2 details
4. Central upper front part – 2 details 5. Side upper front part – 2 details 

6. Central front part - 1 detail
7. Lower front part - 1 detail
8. Stand-up collar - 4 details
9. Front part neckline facing – 2 details 10. Front flounce – 2 details 

11. Back flounce – 2 details 

Fusing:
1. Stand-up collar — 2 details 

2. Front band – 2 details 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. Apply fusing to details.
2. Sew darts on lower details of back part and of front part and on of upper front part. Press depths towards center.
3. Sew shoulder seams of central back / front parts, press seam onto back part and serge. Sew shoulder seams on side back / front parts, press seam onto back part and serge.
4. Serge outer edges of flounces with thin rolled seam. Sew central and side parts of the back and of the front, inserting flounces between them (front flounce is over the back one). Press seam allowances towards center, serge.
5. Sew center edge of upper part of the front, press seam allowances apart. Sew center edge of front part neckline facing, press seam allowances apart. Serge outer edges. Fold the facing with the garment wrong sides touching and overstitch neckline. Turn the facing wrong side out, straighten, press. Fix the edge of neckline facing to the edge of main garment neckline.
6. on inner stand-up collar press and topstitch the section from center edge up to shoulder edge marker. Fold stand-up collars right sides together and overstitch outer edge. Start and finish the stitch near marked line of stand-up collar / neckline connecting seam. Slash seam allowances on rounded parts, turn stand-up collar out and press. Sew outer stand-up collar into the neckline.
7. Sew upper and lower back parts, press seam allowances downwards and serge.
8. On left part of back part cut off 5 cm along vertical edge of the vent. Apply fusing to wrong side of the vent on both details of back part. On right side mark center seam line (vent fold line). Press left part along vent fold line, on right part press only seam allowance of right side of the vent (6 cm) onto wrong side. Align details on center seam and fix on top edge of the vent. Serge center edge of back part separately on each detail. Serge seam allowances of the vent. Sew center edge of back part from the zipper notch up to vent's corner. Slash away the corner of vent's seam allowance on right part. Press apart seam allowances of center seam, press seam allowances of the vent and fix them on right side with machine stitch.
9. Sew in the zipper, inserting it between stand-up collars in top part. Turn stand-up collar right side out, straighten. Turn inside the edge of inner stand-up collar on unworked section and topstitch into connecting seam.
10. Stitch central part of the front to upper part, press seam onto central part and serge. Stitch lower front part to central part, press seam allowances downwards and serge.
11. Cut a bias tape of 4 cm wide and as long as the armhole + 5см. Fold bias tape in half lengthwise wrong sides together and press. Fold the bias tape with the edge of the armhole from the right side and overstitch. Slash seam allowances. Turn bias tape onto wrong side and topstitch along the fold onto main detail. Press the seam.
12. Sew side seams, press seam onto back part and serge. Make barred ends near side seam at the armhole level.
13. Serge hem seam allowance of the dress, press onto wrong side and undersew with invisible stitches.
