YOU NEED: wool jersey; fusing.

NB! Before sewing, print paper patterns and lay them out according to the linen width (from 90 to 150 cm) to find out how much material you need (do not forget about double and symmetric details).

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Stitch front upper darts, stitch shoulder seams.

2. Stitch sleeves into armholes. Stitch sleeve/side seams with the same stitches.

3. Press the fusing to wrong side of front neckline corner. Stitch plackets to front part along long edges. Slash front seam allowance toward stitch end. Press seam allowances apart. Fold the collar along bending line and process neatly along short edges. Take collar’s both inner edges and stitch into neckline so that collar’s edges were on seams joining plackets. Fold the placket along bending line wrong side out; front bands are on the collar.

5. Lay right placket on the left one coinciding middle lines. Stitch front part and plackets’ lower edges from inside.

6. Press garment/sleeve hems into wrong side and topstitch with double needle.
