SEAM ALLOWANCES: 1 cm for all seams, 3 m for dress hem.
ATTENTION! Before sewing, print paper patterns and lay them out according to the linen width (from 90 to 150
cm) to find out how much material you need (do not forget about double and
symmetric details).

CUTTING:

back part – 2 pieces
2. Side
back part – 2 pieces
3. Back skirt – 2 pieces
4. Side
front part – 2 pieces
5. Center
front part – 2 pieces
6. Front skirt – 2 pieces
7. Front facing – 1 piece
8. Back facing – 2 pieces
Fusing:
front/back facings.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Apply
the fusing to wrong side of front/back facings.
2. Stitch
front relieves, neaten seams and press them toward front center. Stitch middle
front edge. Neaten the seam and press it leftward.
3. Stitch back
relieves. Neaten the seam and press it toward back center.
4. Stitch darts into front/back skirts. Press darts toward the center.
5. Neaten middle edge of front skirt. Stitch the edge to the pleat.
Stitch pleat’s vertical edge. Press the pleats apart. Fix pleat’s depth at
pleat top.
6. Stitch front skirt to front part. Neaten joining seam and press it
downward.
7. Stitch back skirt to back part. Neaten joining seam and press it
downward.
8. Neaten back middle edge. Stitch middle edge up to closure notch.
Press middle back seam apart, press closure slits. Stitch the zipper in.
9. Stitch dress side/shoulder edges. Neaten side/shoulder seams, press
them backward.
10. Stitch shoulder/side edges of front/back facings, press seams apart.
Neaten facing’s outer edge. Lay facings on the garment right sides together, then overstitch front/back necklines. Overstitch first
armhole’s upper part, then armhole’s lower part. Topstitch the allowance on the
facing at 0.2 cm from the seam. Fold the facing into wrong side and press it.
Stitch facing’s middle edge to closure allowance.
11. Press dress hem into wrong side, fold it under and topstitch.
