YOU NEED: natural/mixed fabric; fusing;; 2 eyelets; 4 buttons.

IF THE PATTERNS HAVE DOUBLE CONTOUR, THE SEAM ALLOWANCE IS PROVIDED,

IF THE PATTERNS HAVE SINGLE CONTOUR, THE SEAM ALLOWANCE IS NOT PROVIDED.

SEAM ALLOWANCES: 1 cm for all seams, 2 cm for the hem.

ATTENTION! Before sewing, print paper patterns and lay them out according to the linen width (from 90 to 150 cm) to find out how much material you need (do not forget about double and symmetric details).

WHEN SEWING, BE CAREFUL WITH NOTCHES – THEY MUST BE COINCIDING!

CUTTING:

Fabric:

1. Back part – 2 pieces

2. Front part – 2 pieces

3. Sleeve – 2 pieces

4. Collar – 2 pieces

5. Stand-up collar – 2 pieces

6. Placket – 2 pieces

7. Cuff – 2 pieces

8. Scarf – 1 piece

Fusing: plackets, outer collar, outer stand-up collar, cuffs.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Apply the fusing to wrong side of plackets, outer collar, outer stand-up collar, cuffs.

2. Stitch back/front darts. Press darts’ depths toward details’ center. Stitch back middle seam. Press seam allowances leftward, then neaten.

3. Lay collars right sides together and overstitch along ends/collar fall. Slash corner allowances, then turn corners right side out. Stitch stand-ups together inserting the collar: begin and finish stitching at the line joining the stand-up. Turn the detail right side out, press ready collar.

4. Lay the placket on front part right sides together and overstitch front edgings. Cut allowances, turn the placket into wrong side and press it. Fold free long edge of the placket under and topstitch it on front part. Set eyelets as marked.

5. Stitch shoulder/side edges. Press seams backward and neaten them.

6. Stitch inner stand-up with the collar into the neckline, fold outer stand-up’s open edge under and topstitch along the seam joining the inner stand-up collar. Make decorative stitch along the collar.

7. Neaten sleeve edges. Stitch sleeve seams excluding a segment between the mark and the hem.

8. Fold cuffs wrong side out and overstitch side edges’ allowances, then cut corner allowances and turn them right side out. Press the cuffs. Stitch cuff’s outer side to sleeve hem. Fold inner cuff’s allowances under and topstitch it along joining seam.

9. Stitch sleeves into armholes easing them along sleeve caps. Neaten seams.

10. Press garment’s hem into wrong side, fold it under and topstitch. Make buttonholes into the cuffs and sew buttons.

11. Fold the scarf along the center wrong side out and overstitch along three edges leaving a hole to turn the detail right side out. Turn the scarf right side out and make a decorative stitch at 0.1 cm from the edge.
